How We Perform Proof Load Testing
Our engineers apply the load defined by the OEM or relevant standard, hold it for the prescribed duration, and inspect for deformation, defects, or functional issues. Tests often include verifying brakes, limit switches, and controls under load, and can be paired with non-destructive examination for a complete integrity assessment.
