We provide an inclusive benefits package for growing families, including up to 52 weeks of maternity leave, holiday accrual, paid antenatal appointments, and flexible Keeping in Touch days. After two years, employees may qualify for Enhanced Maternity Pay, which can be increased to 80% for weeks 7–12. Starting April 2026, Paternity Leave begins on day one, offering up to six weeks’ leave, with four weeks paid at 80%, within two years of the child's birth.

Our Holiday Buy Scheme lets you purchase up to one additional working week of holiday each year, giving you more control and flexibility over your annual leave. The scheme operates through salary sacrifice, potentially saving you on tax and National Insurance.
